1 1/2 c. cooked, black wild rice
1 can non-fat, refried beans (zesty style)
1 onion, finely diced
4 oz. diced green chiles
[Optional: Serve with yam cut into French fries (bake on parchment paper-lined baking sheet for 35-40 minutes) and fresh spinach with a little vinegar drizzle]
Mix ingredients in large bowl. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon mixture onto paper into 4 portions and shape into burgers. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
